Ht. 5'5", Start: 400 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 95 lb - One day I was at the park with some friends and a boy from our school droped a candy bar in the dirt well i walk over and picked it up and walked back to my friends and these boys said hey fat girl you gonna eat it and we were standing by the trash can and i hate litering so i was going to throw it away!!!so i just decided to lose weight and show them what i'm made of!
MY SCHOOL DIET PLAN!
1.get up at 5:30and exercie 4 30 min.
2.take shower and walk to school
3.eat some kind of fruit while i'm walkin
4.at recess walk around or jog
5.at lunch cut everything in half and eat half
6.walk home
7.eat fruit
8.homework
9.walk/run a mile
10.dinner cut everything in half or put back half of what you would eat back
11.exercise thirdy min
12.get atleast 8 hrs of sleep
MY SUMMER DIET PLAN
1.wake up 7:00
2.exercise 30 min
3.breakfast low fat or non surgured cerel or fruit or veggies
4.go swimmin/exercise]
5.exercise whenever you can eat half what u norm would
GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

95 lbs is way to skinny for a 13 year old girl.
You plans sounds too harsh. Slow down. At
thirteen you should weigh about 100-125 lbs.
Have you tried yoga? It really helps. You
should get 9 hours of sleep in the summer.
In the spring or fall, try some sports!
Eat lots of veggies and fruit. Drink A LOT
of water and green tea. You should get some
fitness magazines. Look through them and
check for exercises! You will lose weight.
Good luck! Tell your self- "I am not fat,
I can lose weight and I will achieve!"
