Start walking 3. I do 100 jumping jacks every morning. 4. Drink water, and a lot of it. 5. Start counting calories 6. Stay away from the T.V. most of the day 7. Swimming really helps plus, it's FUN! 8. For snacks, eat fruit and granola bars! 9. Running up and down stairs helps A LOT! 10. Give a spin class at a local gym a try! 11.
