Ht. 5'0", Start: 98 lb, Today: 142 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 89 lb - I have always been kinny but have always loved food. My favurite foods are fast food: mcdonalds, wendys and kfc. I used to try not to eat whatever I felt like but for the past 6 months I have been indulging every night after school I go into mcdonalds and order a quarter pounder and large fries or sometimes a big mac. I am eating about 6 packets of potato chips a day and they taste awesome but I dont look awesome. I dont want to end up like my mom who is about 400 pounds and dead overweight. I am starting to get a massive belly that sticks out like hers and loads of rolls of fat. help me before its too late and i am as fat as my mom

Try to find somthing healthy but filling to yourself.Make sure u like it though.Drink lots of water too, it will keep you full.For exersise just take a simple walk or jog with friends,family,pets,etc.when you go to mcdonalds(which maybe you could do once a month) :), get a kids meal or a turkey sandwitch,salad,etc.Also chew sugar free gum (experts say you won't be tempted to eat as much. Remember when you see junk food just remember your goal (maybe put a picture on you wallet).

Hope no one minds me visiting from the teen boards.... I started off on this side of the site 4 years ago!
I was also raised on McDonalds and KFC and all that good stuff. Now I can't stand the sight of most of them. It may help to have really negative associations with these places. Eat a Big Mac while staring at a picture of a dirty toilet or having fried chicken while looking at cockroaches. I ended up having to do something similar to break my addiction. (And I'm down 30 pounds from my highest weight!)
