I believe that because we are so young, we should try to do aerobics at least 1 hour a day. We should try to have 3 well- portioned and balanced meals and two small healthy snacks a day. (A healthy snack is something like 8 baby carrots or broccoli or something like that without dressing.)Try to eat, sleep, and exercise at about the same times a day. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!
