Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 144 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - Im NOt Sure What My Starting Weight Was So I Just Put That In
Hi Guys It's Me Marshall Again. According To This Site I'm Almost Obese But According To A Normal BMI Caculator I'm At A Healthy Weight. My Goal Is To Lose About One Pound From Each Of My Limbs And 10 Pounds From My Stomach And Chest. Well This Summer I'll Be Moving Into Another House So I'll Get Some Exercise There, I'll Be Walking To My School For Summer Band For Some Days, I'll Be Going To Camp For 2 Weeks Instead Of One And We Walk Everywhere There So I'll Probably Lose About 10, And Im Gonna Ask My Mom If We Can Stop Buying Ice Cream And Pudding (My Weaknesses) And Only Buy Ice Cream On Special Occasions Or Like Once A Week, And My Mom Just Got This Jillian Michaels Cookbook So Maybe We Can Get Some Healthy Stuff Out Of That And I Can Find Some Stuff I Can Make By Myself, I Know I Gained A Little More But I Know I Can Change!

Remember keep up the good work and also imagine what people will say when they look at you and think WOW your skinny and they will be surprised and sorry because they were all wrong saying you can't lose that weight. Keep it up.

that is some really good advice you should try joining a local gym and if u are hungry drink water or eat a healthy snack like celery sticks or a fruit
