Ht. 5'3", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - OK I am new to this program but this is one neat website and I am overweight I've been trying to lose weight and it just won't budge and it's hard my mom keeps saying well I'm never gonna lose this weight but you have to Catie. Me and my mom want to go to San Diego so bad and I thought maybe i should hear some suggestions from you what I should do to lose weight and I know diets don't work at all and personally I think diets are fake advice for some of you it works but not for me.
