omg right now i am crying and i cant fit into ne of my clothes i gained 8 pounds and now im 150 i feel like a total failer i dont know what to do now i want to loose 45-40 pounds by june 1st and i dont know what to do please can neone help me

you are not that fat when i read this i thought i have to reply to it but if you really want to lose weight do sit ups pushups drink lots of water this is brianna if there are ne qstions please look for my name on 1-8 i forgot which one i was on sorry.
