hey, people i need help.I am 12 years old, and weigh 145 pounds. And if have gaind alot of weight recentlyIn August i weighed only 115, then in Dec i weighed 125 and now i have gone all the way to 145 I am only 5 feet tall. I am fatter than most of the other people my age. about 3 months agao my girlfreind broke up with me cause i was "so fat" and i haven't ben able to get a gf since then. All my cloths i just bought a few months agao dosn't fit anymore and i get so out of breath just going up stairs. if any one has any advice for me please post or email me at willyj41912@aol.com

Oh hun! Im sooo sorry about your old girlfriend. Well at hti sage guys are normally hitting their growht spur tso you migh tgrow int to it and alot of it may be muscle. Word of hope there are girls out there that aren't as (not to diss ur gf or anything )superficial as ur old gf. Take me and some of my friends for example I like the guys at my school that dont have the "perfect" body because they seem more "real" like you dont have to keep giving their egos a boost...ya know what I mean? And plus they're (well most of them )alot nicer, sweeter, and more sensitive. So try no to lose hope hun, it'll get better. Also, a couple of my friends (who are guys) don;t have the perfect body but they're pretty much liked by most ppl and popular too!

i'm 145 pounds and most of it is muscle. so if u have a lot of muscle that might be wat the weight is. plus, guys like us who grow around this age usu. gain a lot of weight. just workout n eat a lot of good food and once in a while some junk food but NOT ALOT!

Forget about youre old gf. Dont let her bring you down. Also try a diabetic diet it really works. If you wamt amy other advice or just to be weight loss buddies.

wow i did that too cause last year i weighed 115 after losing seventy five pounds and then over the summer i got really depressed and gained twenty so im trying to get back into the swing of the whole diet thing you know because i know what to do i just have to muster up the will power and effort
here is my advice to you dont worry about that x girlfriend of yours because after you get skinny again she will come crawling back anyways
start watching what you eat literally and then take that and think about it say you eat cocoa puffs for breakfast you can either switch to a more nutritionally based cereal or eat a smaller portion of it with a piece of fruit your choice.
for lunch lets say you eat pizza or hamburger... there is normally a salad bar isnt there ? get a salad and have a side of something with protein in it
snack for when you come home from school crackers and cheese are great even put little pieces of tomato on them to put some fruit in their it tastes great but only have three crackers like that and eat SLOWLY it helps to not over eat
and for dinner your parents probably cook something think about how much you normally eat and then only have one portion instead of seconds just make small adjustments like that but add fruits and veggies where unhealthy food use to be
EXCERSIZE: this is very very very important!!!! do something anything what i suggest is do ATLEAST thirty minutes of cardio excersize a day (it burns fat!) like running walking jogging biking swimmming dancing ANYTHING that gets your heart rate up
now im sure you wanna look good for the girls so lift weights and do sit ups start out small for instance get maybe a ten pound weight and then do a couple of different excersizes with it look for some on the internet. and then for crunches and situps do about twenty first and then add ten every three days i know this sounds like alot BUT what else do you have to do when you come home from school or on the weekends? well i hope this helped if you have any more questions email me at lilbritchick@hotmail.com good luck and i forgot to ask how tall are you?

Wat a mean girl! I would never do that! Mabe u r just growing up! I know it sounds weired! But I gained alot of weight, and then got alot taller! Then I lost a little of it! sometimes u grow bigger and then taller!Keep on Trying!

Oh, sweetie! Dont let that girlfriend get you down! Some girls want a "perfect" guy, but that is so unrealistic. You dont need her, so dont let that get you down. But also just eat right and exercise. I know you have heard it before but it truly works. Eat about half of what you would normally eat. and then exercise (even if that means walking down the street.) Anything helps! Good Luck!
