Reply from emily, Age 11 - 03/31/05 - IP#: 69.243.87.xxx ok, i am not going 2 sugar coat this, u r reli reli overweight. just start small like walking every day and only drink water because juices have sugar and soda is veri veri veri bad. when u get up stretch your whole body and get up 2 walk then have water and fruit for breakfast, in midday do sum situps and have water, jello and and a sandwich with whole wheat bread and lettece and meat, then beffore dinner go out and walk again then have water and and soup and a popsicle. this is just a idea ok and good luck
