i got my exercise and food thing thought of tomorrow imma try to stick to it. for breakfast i will eat an apple and for lunch i will have a big salad and for dinner i will have what my mom makes and if it isnt that healthy i will only eat half and for exercise i will jump on my trampoline and ride my bike for a while run around the yard and play some b-ball hopefully i can do this alot more often. any tipz? thankz everybody. good luck!!!!!

yeah thats kinda what im doing only im having smoothies in the morrning for breakfeast... i dont have a scale to see my weight but my stomach is flatter.
