hey evry one my name is alley im 13 and i weigh 156 pounds and im 5'4 im FAT IM OBESSE IM OVER WEIGHT i dont care what u want to call it but im fat, i wanna lose about 30 pounds by this summer so i can stay half my summer at the beach in a bikini wqell i just decided to lose 30-40 pounds but i cant do it, at night i cry bcuz im fat, i can barly find ne cool cloths 4 me i have a crush but he dont like me bcuz im fat, i need definate advice please people.....
