i wanna know if my exercise is enough for sum 1 my age: i jog/run for 30-40 mins, i do pilatees, i ride my bike about 2km and i swim for 1-2 hours a day is that enough?!?

it might be too much! Cut back a little, losing weight too fast will just come back just as fast as you lost it! Jog and ride your bike one day, and swim and do Palaties the Next! You will still lose weight (as long as you eat right) but dont overwork yourself. THe slower you lose the weight, the longer it will stay off.
