Hey my name is Maggie, and I want to loose 24 pounds and reach my goal weight of 115 pounds.Im at the heaviest Ive ever been and I need some tips on how to eat right, exercise, and diet. I also need help on learning not to eat late at night. I have no date I want to reach my goal just as soon as possible. So PLEASE help me!

I think if u work out doing these thing that I'm going to tell u might help u( jumping jacks ,push-ups ,sit ups ,running for about 15-30 min do not stop while those min,pull-ups and squats .And if u want to go on a diet eat alot of fruit and vegtables and dont drink alot pop drink alot of water .This is what I do to try to lose weight
