Eat 3 servings of fruits and veggies, 7-8 serving of grains, 3 servings of low-fat and fat-free dairy. Also try lots of organtic foods. They are much healthier. exercise 1-2 hours a day. stretch in the morning. Do 70 curl-ups,70 push-ups, 200 jumping jacks and do wall sits. After dinner take a run or walk. If you do this all the time it will become a habit and you will lose a lot of weight. Trust me this is how I'm losing weight.
