hi my name is christy i'm 13 and i almost way 200 pounds and i'm at home alot too. So at my house i try to think of ways of loosing weight.Like after I eat breakfast I go jogging, after lunch(healthy lunch) I gom swimming, and after dinner i jump on the trampolene. My mom says it will help me loose alot of weight. If you don't have a swimmingpool or trampolene just look online for great weight loss moves.

Hey, I'm homeschooled also and that's not an excuse for being overweight. You need to learn self control, plain and simple. I know it's hard, since I'm in your situation, but you have to decide which one is more important to you: eating whatever you want or losing weight. If your family is buying alot of junk food, maybe ask them to get healthier foods. Or maybe low calorie\low fat foods, like Fat free jello(only 10 calories a serving!!), fat free fudgesicles(only 40 calories and taste delicious!), low fat\fat free yogurt(the light & fit kind is only 90 cals per 6 ounces)...I'm sure you could find more. Good luck!
