You can loose it if you put your mind to it.. and make sure you stick to healthy eating and dont say "ok im going to start my diet tomorrow"... because when i did that i just gained more weight..i lost 20 pounds in just one month all i did was eat healthy and exercise 6 days a week. try finding something that you like for exercising and change the exercise quite a bit or else you will get bored...and try eating lots of fruits and veggies to replace Junk food...and have smaller porsions... also drink atleast 3 BIG glasses of water or milk a day it will help you loose the weight (read it in a magazine).. i know that you can do it...I wish you the best of luck i have lots more tips or if you have anymore quetions and if you have a screename IM me on xOaddicatedtOuxO or email me on sadams4@twcny.rr.com Abbz*

Hey rachel, the real reason why I am being mean is that I am pissed off. All of these other people come on this site and they are not even overweight. They make you feel bad and make fun of you. I am totally sick of that!!!!!!

WOW Jenna you're being a jerk! Don't listen to her, Chanelle. I can't figure out why Jenna's picking on u. What a bully. Well anyway, I gave some tips a few messages down to a girl named Sweetie, maybe those will help? Staying active is really important. So is eating healthy, they go hand in hand. :) Some healthy foods are fat free\low fat yoghurt(I can't think of too many kinds right now, but Yoplait is good), Salads drizzled w\ olive juice(just use fat free dressing if u don't like olives) and sprinkled lightly with cheese, yummy fruits like peaches, grapes, plums...(take your pick!)..those meal replacement bars are good.
Have you ever heard of Kashi bars? They should sell them with all the other meal replacement bars in your supermarket. They're good. So are Luna Bars...and if you really want something unhealthy like cake etc., have a tiny bit. If you're craving something sweet, one cookie will do. Hard candies are also good if you want something sweet!
