what can i eat thats not harmful to the calories...should i burn them as i go?....i have a treadmil and i can burn 20 cals in 7 mins....is that ok?

Well, I'm going to give you the truth. You can't lose weight fast, that will only make it come back on faster. 1-2 pounds a week for healthy weight loss. YOu might lose a little more in the beginning, and that's ok, but it should even out. 1500-1600 calories a day. Exercise a min. of 30 min. 3 times a week. I know you probably wanted me to tell you about some hot new diet plan but what I told you is what works, because it worked for me and sooo many other people.
