I weigh about 150 , at school nobody makes fun of me or nothing but I just want to be skinny like the other girls .Like sometime my skinny friends show me their swimming suits andI feel bad because they can wear anything like they could wear a short shirt and it looks fine and if i wore i short shirt it would look so bad. Also I hate my fat legs.SO SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

listion your problay just matuting faster than they are. And beside girls that are really,superthin are really super ugly and the girls that are super thin I bet IF you look at one of your friends they have no curves and no breasts.So be thankful for your beatiful curves that your not the sameold,boring no breast stick.GOODLUCK!!!

for working out do about thirty minutes or cardio a day like walking jogging,running, swimming, biking, dancing anything that gets your heart rate up and gets you moving... to tone up areas target them for legs and butt do squats for stomach do crunches, oblique crunches ,jacknifes and flutter kicks , for arms lift weights and do push ups and if you do that consistently you will lose inches ...
for your diet watch what you eat like everybody else says for instance if you eat like 4 pancakes for breakfast only have two and a banana...well ihope this helps if you have any more questions email me at lilbritchick@hotmail.com
