I don't look it at all, but 110 to me would be WAY too skinny! first u MUST EAT BREAKFAST! If u want pounds to shed off EAT BREAKFAST!!! Stay active all morning, For lunch eat a salad or lean pockets, or u can get those things from South Beach Diet, they're really good and u can buy them at grocery stores! DRINK WATER!!! Then workout about 15-30 min. after lunch! When I say workout I mean go about 100 crunches (I started out wit about 50 and gradually went up to 100 in about a week) do about 50 squats (put ur feet about shoulder width apart, put ur hands straight out and lower ur body until u r in a chair position; repeat) do 20-30 push ups (bend ur knees instead of laying straight) and for dinner eat a regular meal (fist sized portions) and about 30 min. after dinner take a jog/run wit ur siblings, friends, parents, or by ur self! It works well. U could prolly lose 3-5 pounds a week if ur really strict on it!!! GOOD LUCK! Let me know how it goes! I'm trying the same diet, so wish me luck!!! LOL!!!
