how do u get ur arms, thighs, chin, calves, stomach, and abs thinner? What excersices do i use? wich ones do u recomend? any advice will be helpful even motivation! please help me. THANKS!

dont drink 2 much water b4 bedtime you might have to go to the rr in the middle of da night..try drinking 8 pints each day....it helps around the middle a bit.

hey beth we havent talked for a long time huh? well if u want to loose weight in all those places then...........you should lift weights run/jog crunches strech yoga/pilates meditate and eat half of what u usually eat and remember DRINK WATER!!! HINT: workout for 10 min each different session each day (2 times weekends)
