i need 2 lose weight quick!!!...spring breaks coming up nd i wanna be able 2 wear a bathin suit..my friends r sitcks..nd i dnt wanna make a fool of myself..please..i only have 2 weeks!!..dnt care if its healthy or not..I NEED HELP!!

sry but u waited to the last min u cant loose a lot of weight in 2 weeksyou can loose some weight but not a lot exersise for times a day and sice u want to loose alot workout for 2 hour the 1st time u do it seems a long time but think of spring brak also eat non fat stuff like not junkie cereal with skin milk lots of veggies no fried stuff and no OIL also eat salads in a small bowl and for dinner chicken or fish with veegies and some rice and if u want a day off u can on sundays also a really great tip: go to the GYM and also yoga and pilates hope this helps fofo
