ive tried tucking my shirt in but everytime i do the shirt pops out and the lower half of my stomach is sticking out. any ideas on how to reduce the belly fat enough to be able to tuck my shirt in without it popping out {speaking of popping out one time when i tried this a button popped off my shirt.}

hey um.. excersize every day 20-30 minutes ...even on sundays because once you get off the routine its harder to get back on... the 30 minutes of excersize should be cardio: walking jogging swimming biking dancing ... any thing that gets your heart rate up also this burns fat on your stomach and every where else for that matter...and to target your lower stomach do backwards crunches..lay on your back and lift your butt and hips off the floor and back down and do about 30-40 a day and increase the amount every now and then..GOOD LUCK!!!

if u get a bigger shirt, u will look even fatter!!! so try to exercise at least 3 times a week and eat healthy. on sunday, NO exercise and u can eat WHATERVER u want!!!!! but on monday again u have to go back to your normal routine!!!!!!!! try it!!!!

ummm...crunches half sit ups and eat apples instead of candy bars and junk food..i kno it dosen't taste as good but once u lose the weight u can occasionally have a bit of junk food..BUT EXERCISE IT OFF WHEN U ARE DONE!!
