ok do sit ups make ur stomach flater or what do they do?? ima start doing pushups and sit ups 10 b4 bed and 10 in the morning probably 15 sit ups and 5-10 push ups or something like that and other exercise during the day.

good and if u do those things eating right will make u loose weight faster
