ughh ok i was on the computer earlier sittin down checkin my email and i looked out the door its a glass door or somethin and i seen that my arms are very FAT and i need tips how to loose the fat in them cause i hate pushups and the most i can do is 3 or 4 and i dont do them right. HELP!!! - montana
