hey well this might sound really dumb but i like the way i am i only have big legs that has a big ass and lots of guys like that but the dont like my thys i have lots of friends and my doctor says if i keep going the way i am then ill be where im suppose to be in the next year my best friend was fat and now shes skinny she says the same thing is going to happen to me ill loose some weight i dont want to loose 40 pounds like before maybe 10-15 pounds is where i want to be my stomach is flat and my arms r ok so the only place i really just want to loose 10 pounds r my legs 5 pounds on one leg and the other 5 on the other lol im thinkin of going fo 1 hour walks with my friend blake he says that skateboarding is a really good way to loose weight so he's gonna teach me to skateboard but i dont want my legs to be all messed up so if theres any other good excersise to loose 10 pounds on ur legs can u please tell me thanks alot love ~FoFo~

riding bikes really helps if you want to loose weight on your legs. you probly already kno how 2 ride a bike so try that if skate boarding doesnt work!
