my brother has these weights that i can start liftin if im not to lazy lol but ya should i start off wit 5 lbs or 10 lbs?

Reply from fofo, Age 12 - 04/20/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx 5 and maybe next year 10 cuz if u do 10 lbs now then from lifting ur whole back is going to open and if it opens then ur not going to be the height u were suppose to be so in other words ur gonna be short but with big muscels(have you seen those short people with big muscels thats from lifting heavy weight when they were suppose to lift their average ones
