Hey i have been righting here b4.now that my tramps up thats pretty much all i do.a week ago i was 142.0 pounds and now i am 134.4 pounds. is that bad or good. o yea and my stomack seems to be bigger so now that im loosing wieght wut can i do to get my stomack smaller?

Hey your only 12 you dont need to worry about your weight just eat healthy and keep wil being active ane playing and if you really want to make yout belly smaller do ab work outs if you have any qustions my e-mail is tiffany04063@yahoo.com

You should lose the max of 5 pounds per week. It can cause big problems if you lose that much weight. ttul

depends how you lost it. some people when they start a diet lose like 10 pounds but usually they were eating like 6000 calories and/or were 300+ pounds. If you honestly ate minumnum of 1200 calories and exerised only 30-90 minutes a day then that's okay i guess if you had anything below calories or too much exerise cut back before your body really adjusts and you gain a lot of weight back.
