There's this thing that my mom,me,and my sister do:wait till your stomach growls until you eat your next meal. It really helps.Also,try to have water to hold you over untill dinner. Also,the reason you weigh less in the morning than you do in the afternoon is because you haven't eaten for hours when you're sleeping. ~Julia~

Your stomach growls when there is nothing in it. When it has nothing in it, your body saves the food you eat. That isnt a good idea. Eat at 9:00 Am, 1:00 PM, and 5-6:00 pm. But eat healthy.
