hey every1!! ok, here is my day. can u guyz tell me if i did good? ok, breakfast: fruit, mini bagel with a little bit of cream cheese Lunch: half of ham sandwich, orange juice, some strawberries Dinner: orange juice, baked potato with a little bit of sour cream, 3 little chicken legs, lots of broccoli, (YUM), little piece of bread. How did i do?? plus: 20 min of kickboxin, 20 min of walk away the pounds video. soooooooo, how do u think i did? thankz guyz!!!! ~jenna
Reply from Kaitlynn, Age 12 - 04/29/05 - IP#: 64.251.142.xxx in my opinion you did good but you should have eaten more for lunch and a little less for dinner but if your are more hungry at night that's ok you'll still loose weight just not as fast and if you excrise after dinner thin you ate just right. Reply from Rachael, Age 14 - 04/25/05 - IP#: 207.231.96.xxx I think you did very well. Did you make that ham sandwich on whole wheat bread? Did you eat at least 1300 calories? If so, that's awesome. I remember you saying you were on a plateau...that was awhile ago, but it could be that you're not eating enough? Everybody is different, but nobody should dip below 1200 at the bare minimum, and I don't even recomend going that low. If you are losing weight at 1200, fine, but if you hit a platueau, I'd suggest upping it to 1300-1400. You'd be suprised. :)
