hey guys...im kinda new to this, i have decided to lose wieght...i hope i can stay on a diet, usually i just lose motivation. Ok my EX-bff told her WHOLE 3rd period i have stretch marks and i am fat and i always brag about my boobs, i DO NOT PLEASE help me...i have lots of friends but they just dont understand how i dont want to be fat like i have been for all my life jackieeeo@msn.com I weigh 160 and i am 5'7

I don't think that just because your EX-bff is spreading rumors about you doesn't mean that you have to lose weight if you think you're overweight. I checked the Weight Calculator, and since I didn't know your birthday, But I did know that you're 13, I just put your birthday as 1/1/91. It said that you're at risk of becoming overweight, so it still might not hurt to lose a few more pounds if you want. It said that a healthy weight range for you is 115 to 150. If I were you, I would check the weight calculator myself and put in the right information because I'm probably wrong. Anyway, try to do a few situps or crunches after you wake up, or after you get home, or just randomly throughout the day. That will strengthen your stomach so you won't have "stretch marks". If you want to get rid of flubby arms, lift weights. Swimming will improve flubby legs (maybe). And of course, try to eat healthy. Good Luck! :) Julia :)
