Hey guys. ive been jumping on the tramp a whole lot b/c its up.i have been loosing wieght. like 5-7 dayz ago i was 142.0 and now im 135.2. i think thats preety good.i havent been eating well, but instead of grabbing a pudding for a snack i grab an apple. I am also med. boned so im wondering if that weights healy or not. can u guys give me sum GOOD tips on loosing wieght?ill also wait till my stomach growls to eat next and get water to hold me over till the next meal. (i got that off sum1 here)

Before taking a shower run in place then do 50 crunches NO JUNK FOOD

hey good job you have to eat 3 hours apart hopefully that will help
