ok well im 5'1 and 128 pounds and i am on my first day of my diet here is wut happened................
BREAKFAST-i had a yogurt cuz i had to run, it was peach
SNACK-i had i tiny baggie of animal crackers
LUNCH- i had two small roles of meat and swiss cheese, the meat was ham, a water, and cucumbers
DINNER-i had some crackers, cheese and peanut butter or something then i had some sushi from publix (california rolls) please reply! PLEASE TELL ME IF I DID GOOD! thank you!

Don't eat 3 meals u have to have six smnall meals all day so maybe a yougurt for brekfast a small bag of crakers another yougurt some cheese a a fruit smothie and a big glass og ice tea

Well 1st of all ur not ova weight but if u think u need to lose a little weight this is a very good diet, and u did pretty good except 4 the peanut butter becuase dats fattning.

UM lets see... UR NOT OVERWEIGHT. but if u want to lose 5 lbs that is good!!
