hey guys just wondering if chewing ur food then spitting it out will it still give you the cals? if not then i found out a way to have ur cake and chew it to! without gaining weihgt

First off, don't become anorexic! Now, I have also though about this but never did it. I suppose you can eat all the veggies and good stuff you like and swallow, then when you get a craving for junk food, chew and spit.
WHen you put food in your mouth, the enzymes in your saliva begin to break down your food. This is called MECHANICAL DIGESTION. Calories are absorbed but I think it's very very minimal. You swallow it, and it travels down your esophagus and into the small intestine, where most digestion occurs. Then, it goes through the large intestine, THEN the stomach. So, in fact, by the time the food reaches your stomach reaches your stomach, it's just about done being broken down.
Anyway, enough info.... Basically, you can do this, but make sure you are getting all of your nutrients.
Another great tip is eat HALF of what you will usually eat. Usually have 3 slices of pizza? Have 1 1/2. Pizza is actually somewhat healthy for you. Maybe put a napkin of the top to get rid of the oils. Good luck.

The calories begin to become absorbed the minute you put the food into your mouth. So it's pretty pointless to chew & spit, because by the time you spit, you've gotten most of the calories anyway.

If you dont swallow, it then you didnt add any calories to you. It just might be hard to chew food you love and then spit it out...
