Well.... 5FT 160-165 LBS! :( thatz wack! lol anywayz i need to cut out on stuff and i need tips how to do that like certain foods and drinks. I need to exercise more. I wont be able to run around outside and ride my bike for a while cause im movin by sunday i should be out of this house into my new one and my parents dont want me going off and stuff. Im thinking if i do 50 pushups (TRY HARD) 50 crunches 50 jumping jacks running around the yard 30 mins trampoline and stuff and liftin weights My goal is 140 right now i want to loose 20 lbs if i reach that goal that would be awesome but i need to eat HEALTHIER and EXERCISE more. Anything else i can do to be more active ? by july 25th i plan to be 140 i hope! good luck everybody and wish me luck. - montana

Before taking a shower jog in place and then do 50 crunches also buy really nice clothing that you love but make sure they don't fit. when u go to put them on u can't and it will make u want to lose wieght and fit into them

im sorry u r over weight i have some ideas to help u , stop eatin junk food dont eat chips and run more.
