I want to be at least 130lbs by august the 11th, i am really trying to lose weight but i get hungry really quickly and i eat when i know i shouldn't be. I dont really weel last week and lost 3lbs, but this week i put it all back on and i feel so bad. The weight calculator says i am overweight, but i already knew that. Please can someone help me i dont wanna be like this espicially now the summer is coming up. By the way i am 5"2 and weight 158lbs.

before taking a shower or bath jog in place then do 50 crunches and DON"T EAT JUNK FOOD

Try drinking water so it can make u feel full if u get hungry right after each meal and kepp ur self on a three meal diet with a few healthy snacks in between.

just try to get junkfood out of the house than try to only eat three meals a day plus twwo low calrie snaks a day

Feel great that your that weight. They say a size 12 is normal but that still isnt always true. Ive always been oaverweight. All my friends are skinny and one can still shop in the toddlers section. At age twelve i am at200 pouinds and am willing to do anything. But i think that the personality is more beautiful tahn any thing. But try not to jdrink regular pop and try kind of a no sweets/ 30 mionutes of exercise a day deal.
