I want to be at least 130lbs by august the 11th, i am really trying to lose weight but i get hungry really quickly and i eat when i know i shouldn't be. I dont really weel last week and lost 3lbs, but this week i put it all back on and i feel so bad. The weight calculator says i am overweight, but i already knew that. Please can someone help me i dont wanna be like this espicially now the summer is coming up. By the way i am 5"2 and weight 158lbs.
