My weight is a constant struggle. I am 5'8 and weigh 205 pounds. any tips for losing weight? I already play softball and basketball, so i get my excercise. I eat pretty healthy also. I just cant keep up with my weight!

I have the same problem i play a 2 sports i ecsirsie and i eat really healthy only i eat an adult size meal but i am trying to lose wieght and all i can say is before u take a shower jog in place and do 50 crurnches

Hi iam 13 years and iam 4'11 and i weigth 118 pounds that mieght sound small but if you look at me iam ok iam try this summer to lose about 15 pounds so that i could look good and have a good slef-esteam Iam giomg to run every day for about 25 min and see what happends.

well being 5'8 and being 205 is not that bad a think your a little ova weight but its not like ur short and u weigh that much. And if you already do sports and eat healthy it might be that ur gaining muscle not fat becuase muscle weighs more than fat.
