The most you should lose per week(to ensure that it is FAT loss, not muscle loss!) is one to two pounds. But in the first couple weeks or so, you could get away with a little more, say 3 or 4 per week, because your body is going into a complete routine change, so it's natural to lose more at first. Why do you need to lose so much by February? Why don't you stick with 20-30. :)
