Hey, I'm 11 and weigh 115-120 pounds with a height of 4 ft 8in. I'm going to my friends house around early June, and he has a hot tub. Problem is, the rest of his guest are not overweight, so, does anyone know any SPECIFIC ways to lose 10 pounds by then.(specific meaning how many calories and how much exercise)
PS. I walk to school and can ride my bike.

I'm a dancer so I see alot of thin girls, i'm not that thin or not that fat (but on the verge). I would suggest that you do crunches like crazy ,run and other cadiovasculer things, and this sounds crazy and think about the calories you take in and what you burn . Cut down on the Calories so that you can brun fat. I sound like Jenny Craig but all diets come down to Calories. Hope it works out for the best!

I don't know how overweight your are if you are even. My advice would do continue to exerise and eat and 2000-2500 calories a day. Most likely you wont lose any weight but you wont gain any either and by the time you grow and are 5 something you'll be 100% fine.
