dear kelsey stop thinking about how much you weight because I would give so much to be 110 pounds because I weight 170 so how do you think I feel but if you realy want to lose weight then do not eat fast food.

I need to drop a couple of pounds to. Just cut down on eating. Write down everything you eat and ad the calories. If you dont know what calories are ask your parents. You should only eat about 1100 calories a day replace junk food with helthy food. Your fat will be gone in no time.

you shouldnt have a goal weight..yet just want to loose so much a week or month and once you start doing that then you can have a goal weight

I know I shouldnt really be in here but i was just lloking and I saw your post. Since your only 9 and 4'7'' i think that you should be more focused on trying not to gain weight and not so much on losing weight, becuase you will get taller and your weight wont seem so abnormal. Just try to eat healthier and excersise. Trust me, when I was that age I weighed the same, I worried so much about losing that I really didnt help myself at all and now I am 225.
