Reply from emily, Age 12 - 05/08/03 - IP#: 68.55.212.xxx i know the feeling. i am 12 and weigh 118 pounds wich may not seem like a lot but all my friends are like 20 pounds skinnier. it sucks. i suggest that you just really think about what you are putting into your muouth before you do. think 'am i really hungry or just bored'? only eat when you are hungry, find things sto keep you busy so you dont have to resort to eating

Your more than what you weigh! But,anyway find something fun that you like to do that as a lot of things to do with excersise. But, make it for at least 15-20 minutes a day. Well, I do 300 jumps on my trampoline. Sometimes I even talk on the phone as I jump. It helps me be kinda be distracted from how tired I'm getting. But, if your at a party or something eat what there eating. Thats my advice.By!
