hi i am leaha and i am new to the sight... i was wondering how i could lose about 10-15 pounds by about may 21.. or mabey not even lose that much and just make my stomach like flatter... i have a really weird body shape soo like when i stand stright to a merrior i look really wide.... and like with your answers it can't couste extra money soo thanks... and will you please be pecific with your answers??? i really appeacheate your help!!!

Reply from yess, Age 13 - 05/03/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx luca lo.. crunches by them selves wont work. they will just make you look thicker because it will buld muscle under the fat, and burns fat wicked slow. you best bet is to buy a pilates video or w.e (you can get them for like 10 bucks at walmart) the work really well and in just like 10 min. a day you can firm your abs wicked fast..it worked for me

Doing some running because it can firm your whole belly or do some bike ridinr=g, jump rope, or play out door games =) =) =) It will help you and make you firmer
