hi, I'm 5'4 and weigh about 145 pounds (i haven't weighed myself in a while). I wanna lose 20- 25 pounds in about 4 months. also, i'm going on a 3- week trip in june and won't be able to do an excercise video or anything like that. any suggestions? plz be specific. thanx so much!

the helthy range is around 95 to 100 lbs

why don't you get some workout videos from the thrift stores or some cheap place than take them on with u and when u have free time u do some

It's possible. Good luck you you first off. And second, just watch what you're eating. DOn't eat anything that is high in fat or anything. I would say stick to the all natural stuff. Hmn, you seem healthy, I believe your healthy weight range is aroun 130 right? I'm not sure but all in all just stay active. Get out and play games with your friends.
