well i am 12 and i weight 140 pounds i really wanna lose weight i do crutches but i just get tired help me !!

Hey,
First you have to eat less, not much less, maybe half of that, and eat veggies and fruit in place of the other half of the meal. Excercise atleast 3 times a week but dont over work yourself. Do what you can then take a break and if you can bear more, go for it. Stretch before excercising so you dont pull something.
When you have the need to eat a sweet pull yourself away, think of your goals, dont give into it. You can eat sweets, it gets you highper and energetic, but dont eat as many, maybe a sweet everyother day, but watch them. And dont go anerexic, belemic, etc. It doesn't help, I've tried. It only brings pain and suffering to your body.eat what you want but not so much of it and not so many sugary sweets either, cut your food/sweet intake in half but know that no matter what the scal or mirror says you will always be petite and beautiful on the inside
