Hey ya'll, I weigh around 150 and I'm 5'5 I'd like to lose at least 25-20 by August 8th is that realistic or way ou of my reach?, I tryed out for cheerleading for nexr to see if I could make it and I got a call back thing so I'd really like to look good for it... My healthy weigh is 125 so, if you could post back I'd really appericate it, boys r welcome to post to if u have any ideas thanks!!

Well just try replacing junk food with fruit. That is a great start. Also, drink alot of water. Try exercising at least for days a week but you dont have to do more than 6. Its good to let your body rest a little in the week so don't stress yourself over it. Try doing sit-ups and if you can, push-ups because they will help build muscle and the sit-ups will help your stomach to get a little flatter. Hope I helped and good luck! Don't give up!
