Hi...I was just wondering how I did today...for breakfast, i had a muffin bar and some water. Then for lunch I had a turkey wrap which consisted of turkey, lettuce, cheese, and ranch wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Then for snack I had a slim fast snack bar (I know fad diets arnt good for you, but they help to control my cravings becuz they have chocolate in it) which has about 115 cals. I also had strawberries with a HUGE glass of water because I was still a little hungry. Then I ran about 2 miles. For dinner (and I know I splurged a little on this one) I had 2 bean borritos with about 1 tbls of beans, less than a handfull of cheese, 2 small pieces of pork (each piece about 1/4 the size of your palm), and about 1 tbls of sour cream. I also had some slices of pears. Can you tell me how I did? Thanx!! :)

Thanx for the advice, I'll try having just one helping at dinner and if i'm still hungry afterwards, ill just have another big glass of water or some more fruit. Thanx!

I think that you did a good job, but maby having one snack AND ONE HELPING AT dinner might might help even more
