hey, i'm 5'4 and weigh 144 pounds and rely need to lose like 20 pounds! plz help! anything would help- diets, excercise rountines, whatever (but plz be specific). thanx so much!!!
Reply from Sammy, Age 12 - 05/09/05 - IP#: 24.236.241.xxx Hi. What I do is before i exercise, i do about 100 sit-ups and stretch really well. Then I usually go running for about 2 miles (you can do another activity like biking, rollerblading, or a sport that requiers alot of running like baseball). Then after I exercise, I have a big glass of water will stretching really well again. As far as the diet goes, try having a low fat cereal like special K with some banana slices or strawberries. Then for lunch, if you like to have sandwhiches, try having them on whole grain bread. As for snacks, try having some fruit, drinking a big glass of ice water, and if your still hungry, have a little more fruit. Also, at any meal, try to just have one helping and if you must go for seconds, try getting just some vegetables instead of the main meal. Well good luck and don't give up! Tell me how it goes!
