How do you lose 4lbs in one week coz i've gotta skool trip in like 4 days an i wanna b thin 4 it plz. Also any tips would b great plz. thanx
Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/12/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx actually, 4 lbs. is probably fine. healthy is like 3 lbs. a week, so one lb. more isnt awful, but any moret then that is bad. also, you not gonna suddenly be "thin" from losing for lbs. and it shouldnt even matter if its thin or not it just matters if your healthy
Reply from Sammy, Age 12 - 05/10/05 - IP#: 24.236.241.xxx First of all, lets try to be realistic. 4 lbs is not a healthy goal to lose in just ONE week. Maybe in about 2 or so weeks but not just one. Try shooting for a smaller goal even if you want to lose more. Try to replace most junk food that you eat with fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. If you feel like you are still hungry after a meal, try to drink a big glass of ice water. It will fill you up. Exercising 5-6 days a week is also a good weigh to lose weight. Remember, if you regularly don't work out and are out of shape, you will probably gain muscle the first couple of weeks and as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat. So don't get discouraged!!
