Ahh i have been doing really badly, Well i dont eat breakfast for one thing and for the past few days at school i havent been eating lunch but when i get home and go baby sit or hang wit friends i eat a lot of junk food!! i need help to stop the cravings and eat healthy for lunch and breakfast and i have been doing good wit exercising im just worried about the food thing...

I suggest eating something like a muffin bar for breakfast (170) and if your school has a salad bar eat a salad! Otherwise, eat the normal meal, they revised all cafeterias so it gives you nutrients and other things that you NEED! Also, try exercising by doing dance, dance, revolution! It is a lot of fun and it is exercise!!!!
