hi im 12 and i weigh 129 im 4 feet 10/11 inch
i hate it.. im only in 6th grade and i have no friends cuz of how i look..
i HATE to wear shorts and tanktops.. my arms have mucel but u can tell there is fat.. my legs have mucel too but more fat.. ... ive tryed every thing.. i have lost a couple pounds i use to weigh 134 but thats only 5 pounds.. and it took 2 months to lose it..and i had to change the way i eat and i still eat that way but im not loseing..

Well actully you dont really weigh that much.its beacause of you height that is making u look fat.if u were 5"2 u would be skinny.so if u take time and let your self get taller then u wil even out.dont worry

i am sure you could make friends if you tried not every one is mean and self centered i am fat and i have numerous friends who lok like toothpicks if you want to loose weight try going to l.a. weight loss are something of that sort

hey, im 128 and 5ft. ur like the same as me! just exercise and dont eat 2 much junk food. u can have treats sometimes. uummm if u like dancing, then try to dance as much as u can cuz that burns alot of calories and fat. and try to choose things that you would enjoy in exercising. dont make it a chore. good luck :)

u r not that overweight and friends should like u for who u r. it sounds like u r trying, make sure u don't eat more than one small desert a day (coke, piece of pie, lollypop) for starters and eat lots of fruits and veggies. also, exercise 45- 60 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. good luck :D
